I have been receiving Chiropractic care for just over three months now and already see great changes.
I used to suffer from head colds at least once every month to two months and haven’t had one since my first adjustment!
I also experienced frequent headaches and now only experience one to two a month!  I know that I have had such awesome results based on the care given by the team at Yost Family Chiropractic!

I have dealt with headaches for over 6 years now (since high school). Growing up in a family that didn’t go to the chiropractor - that was never something I thought to try. I went to the eye doctor, who put me on several different medications – all of which were only temporary relief. I then went to the dentist (I don’t know why, just desperate for relief), and finally just started taking Excedrin (multiple times a day for 2 years). Once I got pregnant with our first child, the headaches went away, which was awesome considering all the other things my body was going through. J After I had my son in April, the headaches came back with a vengeance. I am nursing so for me taking Excedrin everyday was not an option. I finally decided “this has got to stop!” A good friend of ours is a chiropractor in Ames and while vacationing with t hem in Mexico this summer, he said I should really consider chiropractic care. He recommended Dr. Yost so with some what low expectations I scheduled an appointment. After only a week of treatments, my headaches were gone! I kept waiting for them to come back, but so far they haven’t. I should have done this years ago! I have an entirely different view on chiropractic care.
